    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.Cast Tekekensis move something in a world guard region that u do not belong to
    2. player can move stuff around when they don't have perms in a region or respect towns
    3.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    player can move stuff around when they don't have perms in a region

    What version of the plugin are you using? 1.5.2
