Mana System implemented, you can recover a custom amount of mana when drinking special potions droped by mobs (and players), also custom drop chance for each mob.
You can customize infinite different mana potions, with different mana recovering amount, names, lore etc.
The max mana is customizable, you can also recover the full mana with the command "/wiz regen".
The mana cost per spell is customizable.
Command "/wiz reload" added.
