Buildable spells refusing to work #13

    Whenever I try to use Torch Spell or Ice-Tomb Spell they give me an error saying "You do not have permission to use that here!" I have checked WG, and the area is not protected. What can I do? If I'm missing any info please tell me and I'll provide.
