new commands
wildtp now can be used as both wildtp and wtp
you can set min and max x and z through /wildtp set
new permssion wild.wildtp.set
per world support you have to put the name in the config exactly as the folder on server is named it is case senstive

CPU spikes when /wild is used a temporary fix is download world border make a border then do /wb fill and let it fill once it is done you can delete world border
