Ok whilst I thought i had the sound bug fixed in the previous update someone reported to my git it still wasnt working. Upon exaining why on my end it wouldnt have work I realized that since I copied the sounds class name and all to another plugin Im working on i actually fixed the bug for the plugin that isnt released yet. Please forgive me Im only human I make mistakes even stupid ones like this that could easily be avoided. Works 1.9 and 1.8 guranetted. Known issues with 1.8 not sure about 1.9 is ghast scream I realized this one today on my test server no error just doesnt play I changed the sound to the second ghast scream have yet to have chance to fix. So if someone could test it and tell me that would be nice. ONCE AGAIN PLEASE UPDATE IF YOU ARE USING THE PREVIOUS TWO VERSIONS INCLUDING "THE UPDATE THAT CHANGE THE WILDERNESS"

CPU spikes when /wild is used a temporary fix is download world border make a border then do /wb fill and let it fill once it is done you can delete world border
DONT USE THE "THE UPDATE THAT CHANGE THE WILDERNESS" AND THE ONE FOLLOWING IT they do no work
