• Allows users to claim WorldGuard regions and be charged if the claim is successful
• Allows users to claim a WorldGuard region that is restricted to be in another WorldGuard region that they own, called a "plot". Plots can be turned on in the config
• Allows users to be charged for setting flags on their regions. User only charged when setting a flag on a region if it is not already there.
• Configurable dimension limits for regions in config
• Configurable costs for regions/plots/flags
• Configurable auto-expand-vert option on region claiming
• Permission to allow plot creation
• Permissions to bypass region claiming limits/costs, plot costs, flag costs.

No way to reload config yet, without reloading plugin/restarting server.
