Re-written and cleaned up werewolf skin change system.
Removed jumppotion effect from werewolves. This seems to be the cause of the "floating werewolves" issue.
Added "You are a werewolf" info for /werewolf command
Fixed werewolf cure
Werewolf on/off command is now restricted to OP only.
Small cosmetic fixes and (hopefully) clearer messages
