- Fixed fatal server crash saying that too many files are open

- Revamped system. Do /wl to see all commands
- WELoader now uses it's own file system
- Option to use WorldEdit in the config (has only been tested with WorldEdit 6.1)
- You do no longer have to make your structure facing west if using WELoader's own file system (meaning if you use WorldEdit, you still have to make your structure facing west)
- File system loads into a cache, meaning structures will update faster
How To
1. Set your region by using /wl point at each point in the region
2. Save your structure by doing /wl save <name of file> where you want the file to be loaded and look the direction your structure is supposed to face. This will save which way you are looking and make the file turn correctly.
3. Load your file by doing /wl load <name of file> <ticks>. Ticks is how often it will update: 20 ticks = 1 second, 10 ticks = 0.5 seconds etc.
If you use WorldEdit you need to be careful, cause WorldEdit is not built for loading and pasting schematics very fast. That's why it may bug out. I recommend using the built in WELoader loader.
