Error using vtr lastvote [user] in console #169

    Briefly describe the issue:

    Are there steps that will reproduce the problem? (Leave blank if this is not applicable)
    1. Use /vtr lastvote [user] using the name of a player that is not online
    2. See the error log being displayed

    What are you expecting to happen?
    Get a message that the player couldn't be found, or that there's no data, etc...

    What version of VoteRoulette and Bukkit/Spigot are you using?
    3.2.2
