Briefly describe the issue:
Sometimes i found dublicated entries in stats.yml (upper and lowercase)

Example:
Jack123
jack123

Only the first Letter are different.

This is due to how the players are typing their names when voting on a website. Minecraft names are case-sensitive, so Jack123 and jack123 are considered different names within Minecraft and so VoteRoulette treats them the same way.

To avoid this, players need to ensure that they are typing their name exactly as it is. Most voting websites also warn about this.

Thats not right. My Account Name is Seema. "Seema" and seema resolve the same UUID. And nobody can get the Name "seema". Seema and seema is the same Account also for Mojang. You need to find a way to get the exact Name and combine any Versions.

Sorry, seems my understanding of this is antiquated. It appears Mojang switched to case-insensitive names when they started allowing names to be changed. I will update VR to behave the same.
