    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. My player login
    2. He types his name (Aquarius_sk)
    3. He is connected on the server
    4. He votes
    5. He clicks redeem
    6. It says that he isn't connected, he can't get his gifts

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    He should be able to redeem

    What version of the product are you using?
    Lastest; v1.1

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    Nothing else than the message

    Are you sure that he used the exact same name when voting as his minecraft name? If so, can you send over your .sqlite database, possibly through PM.

    I have the same problem , I think the problem comes from the "_" in the nickname, beacause in the top Voters it does not display the "_"
