+ New command: /givevip <name> <group> <days>
Give VIP without generating keys.

- Bug that allow VIPs change to any listed groups of config file.
- Some items are not dropped in the world with a full inventory (Fixed in v1.2.2).
- Wrong error message in /givevip.
