Translates /say commands
Added /getlang [name] command to check a player's language
Added /languages command to get a list of all Vectron Translate compatible languages displayed in your language
Added /translate text [message] to translate the message into your language
Added /translate help
Added /translate reload to reload the configuration if the client id and key were invalid
Player translate configuration changes now appear in the console
Lots of wonderful bug fixes, and some nice new notification messages!
v0.2 - Fixed a threading issue (thank you ray73864 for reporting it). Added /translate off (you can now turn off translations if you do not want to receive them anymore).
