What is the issue?

If players are buying from our chest keepers chest by clicking on a sign, it say: Successfully bought chest6 for example, but it doesn't take money of your account. They are able to buy all the chests without money which is a problem on our jail server. We really need your help, thanks.

Do you have Vault installed?
And are you using the newest version of VirtualChest, Vault and a supported economy plugin?

All updated, still not working.

Hello?

The problem might be related to the fact that you are using 1.3.2 even though it should not.
Vault might not be compatible with 1.3.2 yet - again even though it should.
I will have to ask @zonedabone to get here for a moment.

EDIT: Please check your permissions setup and your config. You may supply me with a copy if you want me to review it.

EDIT 2: Also, do you use the standard signs for buying upgrades and so on?
