What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Store any item with ItemMeta(i.e. a written book, an enchanted book, a firework, colored leather armour, or an item with lore)
2.  Restart your server

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should come out as it went in, but it becomes a regular item of its type, i.e. blank firework,  blank written book,  no longer enchanted book,  default color leather,  no lore on item

What version of the product are you using?

Do you have an error log of what happened?
