   uncolor/uncolor quick mode now causes coloured blocks to drop their dye in fright when you
   punch the color out of them

   Added the recolor/recolor quick commands, with permissions (PEX). Now you can punch those
   wool blocks black and blue. Or green. Or orange. Up to you.
