What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On server start and/or op log-on, a message appears saying to update the server.
2. After re-downloading the plugin, the problem persists

It is expected that either a link to a more updated version, or a message saying that the plugin is fully up to date, is given
Instead, a message is sent saying that the plugin is outdated, yet it leads to a download for the same version.
