Make sure all world heights are the same. I've left these option in the configuration file because i plan on fixing this at some point. If world heights are not equal you will get errors generating other worlds other than your normal world.

Putting too many chests in the world may cause the populator to crash. There is a lot of arithmetic/variables/random numbers that happen when populating chests, its fairly intensive.
