The Hunger Games was both a great book, and a decent movie (though it did fall short of the book, but what movie doesn't?), so I've (with a lot of help from others) put together a plugin that tries to replicate that experience. It is nowhere near done, but what I have so far is playable, and you can hopefully see where I intend this to go.
The Simple Game:
/tsg start hg <time in seconds>: Starts a game /tsg start hg 120
/tsg join: Join the started game
/tsg sign: Place a sign, enter this command, then click it
The Config:
devtag: Whether or not I get a little [TSGDev] tag with my name when I join your server
award_prizes: Whether or not to give players prizes if they win
clearplayerinventory: Whether or not players should have to have an empy inventory to join (not enabled)
can_build: Whether building in the game world is blocked or not
build_walls: Whether to limit the arena size or not
immune_period: How long players are immune at the start of the games
arena_size: Size of the arena per player, +50, +100, +150 respectively
use_economy: Whether or not to pay players for wins/bets/sponsorships with economy money (not enabled)
sponsor_money_item: Item that represents money if not economy (not enabled)
money_name: What the plugin should call the currency in its player messages (not enabled)
sponsor_cost_multiplier: By how much the sponsor should be upcharged (not enabled)
allowed_sponsor_items: Items allowed to be sent to players from sponsors (not enabled)
remove-op: Whether or not to de-op players in the games if they're op, op status is re-added after the games.

I'm having a slight problem. How do people that aren't ops announce games.
When anyone spectates and the game ends, the person loses all their stuff. Can you fix this?

False, leaving it blank makes it choose based on player count.

That looks fine to me, but obviously it doesn't work. Like I said, we'll do some testing and find out what the problem in.
@tinezr The cornucopia sign needs a third line that specifies "small", "medium", or "large".

About the custom map, you said you put spawn on the first line and cornucopia on the second. This is incorrect. I'm not sure how clear my directions are, I may have to rewrite them. Anyway, you shouldn't put those on the same sign. To get a standard spawn, just have 1 sign with "spawn" on the second line and nothing else. Then, stack another sign on top of it with cornucopia on the second line. Put the size you want on the third line, or leave it blank to make player count determine size. Hope that helps.
EDIT: I misread your post, it looks like you're doing it right. I'll do some testing and try to find the problem.

Sure, the server is called worldoflama (french, Ip: worldoflama.fr). My nick is "tinez" and i appear in light blue. The plugin is not currently active because of those bugs. About the zombe, i hope i was clear when i said that the zombe was disabled for all player, even those who aren't fighting.
About the custom world: The TSG spawn is always generated in 0,65,0, ignoring the "[TSG]" signs placed elsewhere (i did the /tsg import <world name> then /tsg start ffa <time> w:<world name>).

@tinezr I'll fix the chat thing, shouldn't be too hard. Same with Zombe's mod. It's supposed to disable, but I'll fix the re-enabling. We'll look int to the custom world issue. I might come on your server to check it out. You can type /tsg nameserver [name] ingame and I can find you, or you can PM me, or Jugger, the IP.

3 questions (maybe bugs): - When a game is playing. All player in other world can "hear" player fighting in the game world. I mean they can read the chat like fighter was near them. By default in all world on my server, Chat manager (PEX) limits the range of the chat to 150 blocks. But it does not seem to apply when ppl talking in game's world.
- The zombe fly is allowed on my server, when a game start, all player from all world in the server see the zombe fly deactivated.. with the message: 'zombe's fly-mod is not allowed on this server'. After the game finished, zombe mod is still not allowed!
- I can't get the custom world reference work. I do every step ( two sign with [TSG] first line, spawn and cornucopia on the second. After the import, tsg says all were good. But when the game start, we spawn middle of nowhere in the see (every time the same emplacement).

Version: TSGMod 0.6.17.6 I use Essentials core, multiverse-core, transporter, worldguard.
@cydrobolt First of all, make sure you aren't on an old version. Second of all, the more players, then longer it takes, that's common sense. Make sure you have enough RAM to balance with your players. I recommend 1GB per 5-6 players. That's for any server setup, not just with TSGMod.
Idk if this is supposed to happen, but when there's alot of people in the hunger games, it takes a long time to generate the world or something and all the players lag out

can you make it so people in factions dont lose power? that would be good! because i wouldnt want to put in every hungergames world name in the exceptions list for faction power..

loool i used wrods like banned death hgames shit like that i use permissionsEX so individual perms for everyworld needs to be set and i use my worlds and mulitinv so alot of configing

I am testing it a lot also. For the 10 names I just used world1-10. I found that to be very simple.
