This is a complete rewrite of the config file!

Make sure you save a backup of your current config. The plugin will now auto-create the default file without going through extra processes to write to it.

1. Remove TreeAssist directory
2. Start server and let the plugin generate the config
3. Stop plugin and edit config to your likings (/reload will work as well!)

New Features:

• Configurable tool ID
• Configurable single vs multiple tools

• If there are multiple logs next to the block being broken, it will leave those alone. This is most likely to happen with the 2x2 jungle trees.
• Sapling percentages sometimes don't correctly calculate and will appear to be "normal"
