What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use the default configuration on 1.6.4.
2. Verify that the plugin is running correctly and that /th settings shows valid settings.
3. Try to use /starthunt

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should get a new hunt, instead I get "An internal error occurred while attempting to perform this command"

What version of the product are you using?
1.1

Do you have an error log of what happened?
Nothing was put into the server.log and Treasure Hunt does not appear to have its own logs.
