instead of travelpad to travelpad i would like to recal back to the travelpad via command,

He probably means that instead of having to stand on a pad to teleport you can do it from anywhere.

Maybe only to pads you own?

And perhaps for an additional price if its set up that way?

I think he means, that you could recall (return) to a TravelPad from anywhere (i think it would be only fair if the Pad was yours).
