What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

I feel that this plugin would be so much easier to manage if the command documentation could be more easily accessible, such as by in-game command, such as /trainshelp or something that essentials' /help command can hook into.

I tried doing this in MyWorlds too, but the chat is simply too small to handle all of the information. I will have to make such small descriptions of such extensive commands the help wouldn't be useful at all. Though, I guess I can add a sub-command listing for when you perform an invalid command. Nothing wrong with that I guess.

And neither do I think it is a problem if you use, for example:

/train ?
/train addowner ?
/train linking ?

A simple help message is sent to help you out. I'll add some simplistic help sections for now.
