A lot of fixes related to storage (including the missing carts warning spam that is fixed). Other than that, fixed a random de-link issue occurring in curves, added elevator sign and block action, improved teleportation (cart placement and other settings, now instant and not through blocks).

Still a TODO:
- wait sign (needs improving)
