Official Update to v2.0.5

Fixed Unicode values appears in configurations, they are now 100% UTF-8 read and written!

Added working Configuration Updater.
Fixed Regex bug in Updater.

Started Reflection-less and simpler PacketHandling Classes (coming soon!) - Should boost performance later.

Added experimental 1.9 Support! - vSigns works, too.
ProtocolLib "should" work too, until a 1.9 version comes out.

Minor code cleanup.

Added 2 new MC Versions to Version Enum: v1_10 for later updates and v1_0.

More cool stuff coming soon, sorry for the delayed update!
Traveled last days, had birthday, etc. and i wanted to wait for 1.9 ...
So, enjoy your awesome GUI's, now on Minecraft 1.9 too! :)

• The Translation still takes ages (500 seconds or more per GUI) due to the new default config (Only if you have the Auto-Translator enabled.)

(MC 1.6.4 ONLY) If you're on 1.6.4, don't use enchanted items!
It will still crash players when they hover over the item!

I have found no other bugs so far, if you find some, please report them to me and i'll fix them!

(MC 1.9) vSigns may be not stable yet, they worked in my tests, but i didnt tested them that much.
