A full rewrite of the plugin with a bunch of new features that the users requested, for example:

CUSTOM GUI's -> You are now able to configurate EVERYTHING, commands, permissions, items , names, etc.

Language Support -> TownyWands supports now 95% of all Minecraft languages and it shows different GUI's depending on the players language.

And some minor code cleanups and performance improvements. The configuration-parsing runs asynchron too, to ensure the plugin is laggfree even with the largest configurations on earth :D

An auto-translation system will be integrated into TownyWands as soon as possible, to enable the automatic translation of your english text into whatever language your players are using!

If you are entering wrong Item IDs in the config it will throw a NPE, if you see that, check your config entries!
If you find more bugs, please report it to me and ill give my best to fix them! :)
