If you create a quest you have a limit of text you can type, can you create something like 'Add text line'?

I hope the new book GUI will be available for us plugin developers.

Else I have to create some kind of GUI of my own.

Currently you can add more text by starting your chat with a +.

Like this:

1. Type "Hello world!" in chat
2. Type "+And more text!" in chat

Now the line will be "Hello world! And more text!" (It adds a space automatically.)
