oh here is my idea:

it should be posseble for the quest to require a certain level at a certain class to start it. it also should be posseble to configure more classes and you only need to level 1 of them at the certain level.

Objectives and requirements are done through modules. Anyone can make a module so it wouldn't be that hard.

Any example plugins that does the classes?
