What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Start up and enter the server.
2. Type in '/prophunt' or '/ph'
3. Type '/ph setup arena'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

= Something about an internal server error for both /ph commands. I get the wool for setup but they don't set the spawn points like they should and are placed as regular wool.

What version of the PropHunt are you using (/version Prophunt)?
