Fixed /ph leave in Lobby
Grabs chunks before teleporting! Has been causing some issues on local testing.

Adds support for multiple arenas! Haven't done too much testing on automatic setups, so please leave feedback.

./ph setup <arenaname> is the new command to setup an arena.
(When using setup, you will be given 5 tools, place the blocks down where you want the teleports to be set)
./ph delete <arenaname> will delete the arena specified.

You will need to re-setup your existing arena with the new system.
