    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.Type "Lok Vah Koor"

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

    Rain is supposed to come to a stop, but nothing happens.

    What version of the product are you using?

    0.4.7
    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    nope

    Please provide any additional information below.
    The text still changes to orange
    I assume mojang changed the code for rain or something in the 1.7 updates.
    I am running git-bukkit-1.7.2-RO.2-b2974jnks
