What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  load plugin
2. configure plugin to allow groups to be accessed based on time
3.  have player visit server for first time
4. notice the login message

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
actual time until promotion, but I saw the word {time}

What version of the product are you using?
v.3.1.2

Do you have an error log of what happened?

The very first time a new user joined my server, the group timed messages all said {time} instead of the actual time. The second time that user joined my server the actual times displayed for all groups. For example, the first line on login for this user the first time they logged in was:

You have {time} left until promotion to Builder.

and the second time this person logged in it read:

You have 59min 0s left until promotion to Builder.
