What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.have more then 3 ranks
2.a timeleft promotion
3.a password promotion

We have 12 ranks. Default is guest, then member, veteran, 6 donor ranks, 3 staff ranks
You can get member by typing /apply [password]
You get veteran after being 24 hours on our server (now, even when you have not applied for member).

Is it possible to setup that the timeleft thing is only possible for members?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
when someone has donated on our server, they get promoted automatically. but when they havent been veteran yet (the rank you get after being online on our server for 24 hours), they get demoted by thumbsapply...

Also when a moderator does /apply [password], he gets demoted to member... There should be permissions for those /apply commands.
