What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. /gamemode creative
2. use the wand to designate a 1st point for creating an arena
3. left click a sign to try to enter an arena

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect these blocks not to be destroyed -- similar to what happens under similar conditions with left-clicking using the World Edit wand, or with left-clicking Survival Games signs. Instead the blocks / signs are destroyed. This makes testing more cumbersome, and it also makes it so that my cousins keep accidentally destroying the arena access signs.
