What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. restarting the server
2. going into the game
3. trying any HG command or sign or kit

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Nothing. Like, the plugin still exists in the config but doesn't exist ingame. No words or commands.

What version of the product are you using?

I am using the latest.

Do you have an error log of what happened?

Additional Info:

I am the latest version of this plugin. but every time I check the console, it says it is outdated. so I come back to the dev page, download the latest version, the same one I was running before, reinstall the plugin. i have to reconfigure every setting. then it works perfect until the next server reset, or a time span of about a few hours. I am deeply confused and no one on my server can play Hungergames like this! I love your plugin, its one of my favorites, but it doesn't work! please help me out.
