Area Support

• designate areas (such as market or arena) (using permission teleport.area.set)
• allow people to teleport to them based on permissions (teleport.area.teleport to teleport)

New Commands

• /area teleport <name> - teleport to area <name>
• /area list <page> - display a list of the areas on the server
• /area set <name> - set an area (for people with teleport.area.set)
• /area remove <name> - remove an area (for people with teleport.area.set)

Refactored Code Base

Mostly to make my life easier. Updates will be easier, now, and it's a lot more pleasing to look at. Probably going to open source it once I reach v2.0 (coinciding with the inclusion of the update checker - for privacy/security reasons)
