[Installation notes]

• This fix patches both Data.db and config.yml. PLEASE remove these in the "tekkitrestrict" folder
• Copy over to /plugins folder
• Modify config. (Will add page for this)

• Fixed perms for noitem
• Added "/tr threadlag" to report laggy threads (/threadinfo.txt) that are slowing server down (Reports ALL threads)
• Removed globloads of errors
• Made itemlimiter "work".
• Finally obtained the "20Tps" goal!
• [Completed] Swap to WorldGuard
