What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Adding an arena like normal
2. Add spawns, dmcenter, and spec spawn for dm and normal
3. Players can't open chests and even ops can't open chests

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Being able to open chests

Do you have an error log of what happened?
Doesn't cause an error log
