Changelog

* new config option allows you to disable snakespawners,
* new options in Config.yml allow you to specify which worlds are able to use the plugin.
* fixed one or two bugs with CactiKing not checking to see if commandsender was Console or Player. Also cross world distance checks have been fixed.
