What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use the /magicstick command

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I get a message that it is enabled, but when I click any block there is about a 5 second delay until I get an answer. Now is this a problem with the pluign (is it normal?) or does something not work correctly on my server? Please fix this, the delay is terrible!

Please provide any additional information below.
