Fixes a bug that was present in v1.7.0, v1.7.1, and v1.7.2 where protective armor would not take the proper amounts of damage, often not taking any damage at all. If your server uses protective armor, this is IMPORTANT.
Better wasteland generation. Still not automatic though...
Using /burn world <world> without an argument for <world> will add/remove the world you are in to the burn list. Helpful if you can't remember what your world is called, or if it has some weird spelling things.
