Improvements

• Updater now checks BukkitDev for updates rather than Maven repository.

If you want set the updater state to automatic you must rename the .jar in your plugins folder to StarterKit.jar. Failure to do this will result in two copies of StarterKit being loaded when an update is downloaded.

You will also need to update manually every major version change (i.e 1.9 to 2.0).
