    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Place sponge blocks in worldguard region
    2. Dont give permission to the player to place sponge jumper

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    The sponge places, then pops off, dupelicating it.

    What version of the plugin are you using?
    1.1.1

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
