v0.4.1 - Disabled level 1 instant potion arrows, because of a bug in bukkit. Disabled crafting arrows with water and ingredient potions (like mundane). Patched some bugs.

v0.4 - Updated to version 1.8.1. There's a bug in old versions of bukkit 1.8.1, so you need to download the latest version of Bukkit 1.8.1 to use this plugin. A /spellarrows reload command was added. Cleaned up source code more.

v0.3 - Updated to version 7.10. Removed arrow data from config, as all potions are now usable for crafting magic arrows. Added setting to config for whether the arrow's normal damage is applied. Cleaned up source-code.

v0.2.2 - Fixed a few more bugs, and removed a memory leak.

v0.2.1 - Fixed a bug in which arrows lost metadata when picked up after being shot.

v0.2 - Cleaned up source-code, added arrow sorting and command to toggle arrow sorting, and moved arrow type data to config.yml for easier customisation.

You cannot use level 1 instant potions. I cannot fix this until the bug in bukkit is fixed.
