What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Sorry, This happened to me Upon Installation, and i don't know how to recreate this.However, i installed it without Translations First, then installed translations
2. some of the translations have a symbol like i(upside-down questionmark)1/2aWhere I would think there would be an
3.again i dont know much

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
For example;(not using actual exact way the plugin says it,just giving you an idea)
Should be:  [SpeedBall] The Game has Started!
I see: [Speedball] (Missing Translation) GAME_HAS_STARTED The Speedball has Started!

What version of the product are you using?
the one released on June 4th 2012.

Do you have an error log of what happened?

If you could help in any way Please do. i tryed changing one of the translations to what it told me it wanted but it still didn't work.
Is my Craftbukkit Just Bugged out?

Still, I love the plugin, My players love it, but it would be a lot better if this was fixed (assuming its not intended)

I had the same problem. Goto the "Translation" plugin Bukkit Dev page, and read the installation guide. It should help.
