Bukkit

1. players can sell thier plots to other players (100% stable and safe, tested)
2. players can invite friends to their plots (100% stable and safe, tested)
3. database file is no longer needed to save amount of player plots (works quicker and no danger of file corruption!)
4. fixed region parent bug while plot-reselling (if you got 1.3b you MUST download this update)

All current features are sign-based and there is no need to save anything to files! All systems are based on loops, signs and WorldGuard database!
