Bukkit

1. players can sell thier plots to other players
2. players can invite friends to their plots
3. database file is no longer needed to save amount of player plots

Beta-testing version. It should work fine, but everything is possible, so if you found bug, tell me please.

Bug found - when players sell their plots, parent-region is not saved! Download 1.3 version (fixed stable version!).
