+ Fixed list command use "/smileychat smileys" instead.
+ All players with the "smileychat.update" permission get a notification when they join the server if there is an update available.
+ added "(:" and "):", Delete your config or add these 2 lines: happyreverse:'(:' and unhappyreverse:'):'
