Skywars v1.0.3

- Format the lobby coordinates with US locale, fixes parsing issues with systems which format floating numbers with a comma
- Add option to alter game timer
- Correct group score nodes
- Forgot to track WhatIsIt dependency
- Implement inventory menu for kit selection in favor of the text based one
- Force players to re-spawn upon death
