    What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

    Please provide any additional information below.

    While vanished, opening a chest still causes the open animation to happen. Is there anyway to make this not happen? It's somewhat easy to tell from a player's point of view if they are being watched if their chests are opening and closing out of thing air.

    It depends a little on how many priviledges your staff shall have.

    I suggest using OpenInv, it allows to open online and offline players inventories by commands, also unmodifiable (permission necessary to modify), further it allows opening blocked chests and opening chests silently.

    I could add a hook to automatically set OpenInv to silent and blocked for vanished players, depending on permissions, but that might conflict with protection plugins.

    Is it about modifying chests when vanished ?

    (And: sorry for the late reply, the notification got spammed away by adding NoCheatPlus to notifications).

    It's about the animation of the chest opening when staff members are vanished and opening chests. I.E. They tp to a player, open the chest, the chest opens, and the player then sees that and realizes there is a staff member snooping around so they play nice.

    @Gridlock777: Go

    Yeah have you checked outthe plugin OpenInv ?

    The question is if you trust your staff members to use the silentchest feature of OpenInv at will or if you want SimplyVanish to automatically set it based on permissions for instance.

    I will not re-implement OpenInv but i can hook it for some things .... it pays to have a look.
